Building skills for inmates

Through this project, we aim to establish a fully integrated professional workshop for mechanics and vehicle maintenance within the Correction and Rehabilitation Center, creating a practical training environment that contributes to the rehabilitation and empowerment of inmates.

The workshop will be equipped to deliver hands-on vocational training aligned with market needs, in collaboration with specialized partner organizations. This environment will enable inmates to acquire valuable mechanical and technical skills that enhance their employability and prepare them for life after release.
