Supporting the Fees of People of Determination

This project supports children with autism spectrum disorder in Abu Dhabi through early intervention services that develop essential skills, support school integration, and improve quality of life for children.

The project aims to enable children with Autism Spectrum Disorder to access specialized early intervention services in Abu Dhabi, helping them develop their basic skills and supporting their readiness to integrate into schools after the successful completion of intervention programs, which in turn enhances the quality of life of these children and their families and improves the sustainability of social solutions in the Emirate.

 

Program Outcomes:

  • To rehabilitate children with Autism Spectrum Disorder to acquire essential skills (communication, behavior, and life skills) required for successful school enrollment.
  • To provide integrated early intervention programs including occupational therapy sessions, speech and language therapy sessions, and specialized educational classes.
  • To develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s needs, with regular progress monitoring.
  • To improve children’s readiness for school inclusion and increase their chances of successful enrollment in mainstream education.
  • To enhance the quality of life of children and their families by developing children’s abilities and reducing daily challenges associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • To promote awareness and implement early intervention as a sustainable model to support People of Determination in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
